WIMPIE'S GREEN SALAD

2 cup Romaine lettuce
1 ea tomato, peeled, cut into ½-inch cubes
2 cup Iceberg lettuce
2 cup Bibb lettuce
1 ea avocado, peeled, seeded, into 1/2-inch cubes
1 clove garlic
1 Tbls lime juice
1/4 cup purple onion, chopped coarse
1 tsp olive oil

In a wooden salad bowl wipe down sides of bowl with olive oil. With a fork crush garlic in bottom of bowl. Wipe crushed garlic on all sides of bowl. Tear lettuce into pieces and place in bowl. Toss to mix. Place avocado in a small bowl, cover with lime juice. Place tomato, lime-covered avocado and onion in mixing bowl; toss to mix. Serve with light Vinaigrette dressing. Yield: 6 servings
