SNOW GOOSE BURRITOS

 

Great as a lodge lunch item with left-over goose meat from the dinner the night before, if these is any. Or snacks at a TV watching gathering. Serve with Salsa Verde and Fast Vegetable Salad

2 lb cooked goose meat, chopped                 
8 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
3 ea plum tomatoes, peeled, diced
1 pkg (1.25 oz) Taco Seasoning Mix                           
1 cup yellow onion, chopped
6 ea 8-inch flour tortillas                            

 In a bowl mix all ingredients, except tortillas. Spread mix down middle of each tortilla. Roll tortillas, jelly roll style. Place on a baking pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Yield: 4 servings
