SNOW GOOSE BURRITOS
Great as a lodge lunch item with left-over goose meat from the dinner the night before, if these is any. Or snacks at a TV watching gathering. Serve with Salsa Verde and Fast Vegetable Salad. 2 lb cooked goose meat,
chopped
In a bowl mix all ingredients, except tortillas. Spread mix down middle of each tortilla. Roll tortillas, jelly roll style. Place on a baking pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Yield: 4 servings
