JALAPENO CORN BREAD

2 cup corn bread mix
2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
2 cup cream-style corn
1 cup yellow onion, chopped
2/3 cup oil
1 can (4-oz) jalapenos, drained, seeded and chopped
4 ea eggs
2 cup sour cream

In a bowl combine corn bread mix, corn, oil, eggs, sour cream, cheese, onion and jalapenos. Grease a 13-by-9-by-2-inch pan; pour in batter. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Green chilies can be substituted for jalapenos. Yield: 1 pan
