EARLY SEASON MARINADE

1 cup balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbls Dave's Peppa Royale (purchase here)
1 tsp sugar
1 Tbls olive oil
1 tsp Serendipity
2 Tbls fresh lemon juice
1 tsp Tony Chachere's Original seasoning

In a bowl combine vinegar, pepper sauce, oil, lemon juice, garlic, sugar and Serendipity. Cover. Refrigerate. After basting meat discard marinade, do not use to baste meat. If marinade needs to be extended use vinegar or water. Yield: 1+ cup
